Wrong size? We'll fix it.

Every piece is bleached by hand for one person, so nothing gets returned for a refund over fit or a change of mind. What you get instead is a swap: one free exchange per piece for a different size or color, within 14 days of it landing.

You cover postage to send yours back — any envelope will do. We make the new one and ship it to you free. The design stays the same; the size and color are yours to change.

Hanes Beefy-T

Size guide

A Beefy-T is a heavyweight, relaxed cut and it runs roomy. The surest way to pick: take a t-shirt you already like the fit of, lay it flat, and measure it against the chest and length below. Want it closer to the body? Take your usual size.

Chest.: Laid flat, an inch below the armhole, straight across. That's half the way round — the smaller line is the whole circle, which is the number most people know their own chest by.
Length.: From the seam at the back of the neck straight down to the front hem.
Sleeve.: From the shoulder seam along the outer edge of the sleeve to the cuff.

These are the blank's measurements, so they're the same whichever design is on it. Every shirt is bleached by hand, so treat them as close rather than exact. If you end up between sizes or it turns up wrong, one size swap is free (you cover the postage back) — just ask.

Color

Leave the color alone and just change the size, if you like.

The DBD quality promise

Every Dyeing By Design shirt is made by hand in Maine, one at a time, on heavyweight ring spun cotton. The bleach is neutralized in a hydrogen peroxide bath and washed out before it leaves, so it can't keep working on the cotton.

If yours arrives with a flaw (like a hole or a bad seam) or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of it landing and we'll remake it or refund you, your choice. You cover the postage to send it back, and we get the replacement to you free. That goes for custom pieces too. Just email corey.bayrd@gmail.com with a photo.

If it's just the wrong size or color, every piece gets one free swap within 14 days of it landing, using the form above. You send yours back, and we make the new one and ship it free. (Custom pieces are made from your own idea, so they can't be swapped.)

No two shirts are alike. The leaf pattern and bleach tone will always vary a little from the photos, and that's the handmade part, not a flaw.
